The real Luck O’ The Irish Farm barn and farmyard in Roberts, Wisconsin

Luck of the Irish Farm

Good land. Great spirits. A place to gather.

A historic Wisconsin farm is getting a new chapter as a grain-to-glass craft distillery rooted in agriculture and community.

Coming Fall 2027

Something special is growing here

Bringing people back to the farm.

We are restoring Luck of the Irish Farm and creating a place where people can slow down, have a great drink, enjoy the land, and reconnect with something real.

The farm is real. Its history is real. The work is happening now—and we invite you to follow along before the doors open.

The Farm · Since 1947

Four generations, one piece of ground.

Clarence and Arlene Brown purchased the farm in March 1947. Today, their family continues the story as the fourth generation, with the hope that a fifth will someday care for it too.

The Future Distillery

From Wisconsin grain to a glass raised on the farm.

Our plans begin with bourbon, whiskey, vodka, and gin made with a grain-to-glass philosophy. As the farm develops, we intend to incorporate crops grown here and let each spirit carry a connection to this land.

In development. Spirits are not yet available for purchase.

Restoring the Farm

We’re not building a destination from scratch. We’re bringing one back to life.

The barns, dairy stalls, farm lanes, and weathered structures are guiding the work. We are preserving their character while creating new reasons for people to visit a working farm.
