Farm fields at Luck of the Irish Farm in Roberts, Wisconsin

The Distillery · In Development

The farm, distilled.

We are building toward grain-to-glass spirits that begin with agriculture and end with a good afternoon shared on the farm.

Grain to Glass

Spirits with an agricultural point of view.

Our planned distillery will produce bourbon, whiskey, vodka, and gin while exploring meaningful ways to incorporate crops grown on the farm. The process, the raw ingredients, and the working land will be part of the story guests can see.

The distillery is under development. No spirits, tastings, or tours are currently available.

Our Vision · Concept Rendering

Planned for Fall 2027

A working distillery guests can understand.

We imagine a farm tasting room, craft cocktails, guided distillery experiences, and open-air spaces where the pace stays easy and the land remains present.

The Planned Spirits

Bourbon & whiskey

Grain, time, oak, and a clear connection to where each batch begins.

Vodka

A clean expression designed around the grain and the quality of its ingredients.

Gin

A botanical spirit with room for seasonal and farm-grown ingredients as the property develops.

Agriculture First

What grows here should matter.

The crops and agricultural experiences will grow with the project. We will share the practical progress—planting, harvest, experiments, and lessons—rather than pretend the final answer is already here.
